Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANGPTL8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ANGPTL8-associated genes across cancer lineages are Transglutaminase, MSH6, and MSH2. Each is linked with ANGPTL8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANGPTL8-to-partner and partner-to-ANGPTL8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Transglutaminase grouped by ANGPTL8-low versus ANGPTL8-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANGPTL8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANGPTL8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
