ANGPTL4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANGPTL4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,050 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANGPTL4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PROS1, PYGL, and C4BPB. Each is linked with ANGPTL4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANGPTL4-to-partner and partner-to-ANGPTL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANGPTL4 versus PROS1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANGPTL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANGPTL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
