Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANGPTL4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,765 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ANGPTL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC2A1, VEGFA, and TMEM45A. Each is linked with ANGPTL4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANGPTL4-to-partner and partner-to-ANGPTL4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANGPTL4 versus SLC2A1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANGPTL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANGPTL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
