Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANGPTL4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 750 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ANGPTL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBE2L3, CENPS-CORT, and PRR23D2. Each is linked with ANGPTL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANGPTL4-to-partner and partner-to-ANGPTL4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UBE2L3 grouped by ANGPTL4-low versus ANGPTL4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANGPTL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANGPTL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
