Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANGPTL4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,628 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANGPTL4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of chylomicron remodeling, Regulation of very-low-density lipoprotein particle remodeling, and Negative regulation of very-low-density lipoprotein particle remodeling. Each is linked with ANGPTL4 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANGPTL4-to-partner and partner-to-ANGPTL4 results are reported.
