Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANGPTL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 584 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ANGPTL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGB1P50, TRGJP, and BTBD10. Each is linked with ANGPTL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANGPTL3-to-partner and partner-to-ANGPTL3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMGB1P50 grouped by ANGPTL3-low versus ANGPTL3-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANGPTL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANGPTL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
