ANGPT2

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANGPT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,059 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANGPT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LOXL2, FLT1, and PXDN. Each is linked with ANGPT2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANGPT2-to-partner and partner-to-ANGPT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANGPT2 versus LOXL2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
