ANGPT2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANGPT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,828 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANGPT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FLT1, VEGFA, and ESM1. Each is linked with ANGPT2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANGPT2-to-partner and partner-to-ANGPT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANGPT2 versus FLT1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANGPT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANGPT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
