ANGPT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANGPT2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANGPT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51, PCNA, and ATM. Each is linked with ANGPT2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANGPT2-to-partner and partner-to-ANGPT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAD51 grouped by ANGPT2-low versus ANGPT2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANGPT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANGPT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
