ANGPT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANGPT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANGPT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMIM28, PPP1R17, and SPHKAP. Each is linked with ANGPT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANGPT2-to-partner and partner-to-ANGPT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SMIM28 grouped by ANGPT2-low versus ANGPT2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANGPT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANGPT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
