Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANGPT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ANGPT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FGF6, APOBEC1, and SEMG2. Each is linked with ANGPT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANGPT1-to-partner and partner-to-ANGPT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FGF6 grouped by ANGPT1-low versus ANGPT1-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANGPT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANGPT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
