ANGEL2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANGEL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,003 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANGEL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYEF2, RALGPS1, and FLVCR1. Each is linked with ANGEL2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANGEL2-to-partner and partner-to-ANGEL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANGEL2 versus MYEF2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANGEL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANGEL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
