ANGEL2

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANGEL2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANGEL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, EGFR_pY1068, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with ANGEL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANGEL2-to-partner and partner-to-ANGEL2 results are reported.
