ANGEL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANGEL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,699 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANGEL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1318P, CWC25, and FRG1HP. Each is linked with ANGEL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANGEL1-to-partner and partner-to-ANGEL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1318P grouped by ANGEL1-low versus ANGEL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANGEL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANGEL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
