ANGEL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANGEL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANGEL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC3C, GML, and C20orf85. Each is linked with ANGEL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANGEL1-to-partner and partner-to-ANGEL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRRC3C grouped by ANGEL1-low versus ANGEL1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANGEL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANGEL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
