Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANAPC7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,253 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANAPC7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication checkpoint signaling, DNA-templated DNA replication maintenance of fidelity, and Replication fork processing. Each is linked with ANAPC7 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANAPC7-to-partner and partner-to-ANAPC7 results are reported.
