Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANAPC5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,095 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ANAPC5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Signal transduction in response to DNA damage, Rostrocaudal neural tube patterning, and DNA integrity checkpoint signaling. Each is linked with ANAPC5 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANAPC5-to-partner and partner-to-ANAPC5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Signal transduction in response to DNA damage grouped by ANAPC5-low versus ANAPC5-high in OESOPHAGUS.
