Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANAPC4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ANAPC4 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher ANAPC4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANAPC4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where ANAPC4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
