ANAPC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANAPC2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANAPC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Lck. Each is linked with ANAPC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANAPC2-to-partner and partner-to-ANAPC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by ANAPC2-low versus ANAPC2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANAPC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANAPC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
