ANAPC1P5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANAPC1P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 3,565 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANAPC1P5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CCDC120_S256, CDC20_T59, and PALD1. Each is linked with ANAPC1P5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANAPC1P5-to-partner and partner-to-ANAPC1P5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANAPC1P5 versus CCDC120_S256 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANAPC1P5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANAPC1P5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
