ANAPC1P4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANAPC1P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,165 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANAPC1P4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Substrate adhesion-dependent cell spreading, Regulation of cellular response to transforming growth factor beta stimulus, and Vesicle cargo loading. Each is linked with ANAPC1P4 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANAPC1P4-to-partner and partner-to-ANAPC1P4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Substrate adhesion-dependent cell spreading grouped by ANAPC1P4-low versus ANAPC1P4-high in THYM.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANAPC1P4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANAPC1P4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
