Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANAPC1P2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ANAPC1P2 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher ANAPC1P2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANAPC1P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ACC and SKCM are the cancer types where ANAPC1P2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
