ANAPC1P1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANAPC1P1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,149 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANAPC1P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRR34-AS1, ZNF2, and DHX37. Each is linked with ANAPC1P1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANAPC1P1-to-partner and partner-to-ANAPC1P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRR34-AS1 grouped by ANAPC1P1-low versus ANAPC1P1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANAPC1P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANAPC1P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
