Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANAPC16 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ANAPC16 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ANAPC16 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANAPC16 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and LUAD are the cancer types where ANAPC16 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
