Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANAPC16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,661 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANAPC16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SLK, VPS26A, and NHLRC2. Each is linked with ANAPC16 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANAPC16-to-partner and partner-to-ANAPC16 results are reported.
