Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANAPC16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANAPC16-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1174P, RNU7-19P, and DNAJB8-AS1. Each is linked with ANAPC16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANAPC16-to-partner and partner-to-ANAPC16 results are reported.
