Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANAPC16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,002 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANAPC16-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maturation of SSU-rRNA, COPII vesicle coating, and Vesicle coating. Each is linked with ANAPC16 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANAPC16-to-partner and partner-to-ANAPC16 results are reported.
