Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANAPC15 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ANAPC15 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher ANAPC15 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANAPC15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
STAD, BLCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where ANAPC15 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
