ANAPC15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANAPC15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 292 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANAPC15-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANAPC15P2, RN7SKP44, and OR10T1P. Each is linked with ANAPC15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANAPC15-to-partner and partner-to-ANAPC15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ANAPC15P2 grouped by ANAPC15-low versus ANAPC15-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANAPC15→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANAPC15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
