Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANAPC15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,064 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ANAPC15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of attachment of mitotic spindle microtubules to kinetochore, Regulation of attachment of mitotic spindle microtubules to kinetochore, and Mitotic spindle elongation. Each is linked with ANAPC15 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANAPC15-to-partner and partner-to-ANAPC15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of attachment of mitotic spindle microtubules to kinetochore grouped by ANAPC15-low versus ANAPC15-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
