ANAPC13

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANAPC13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,536 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANAPC13-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC3A1, DIAPH1, and KCTD17. Each is linked with ANAPC13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANAPC13-to-partner and partner-to-ANAPC13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANAPC13 versus SLC3A1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANAPC13→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANAPC13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
