Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANAPC11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ANAPC11 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher ANAPC11 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANAPC11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM, LGG, and LIHC are the cancer types where ANAPC11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
