Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ANAPC11 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ANAPC11 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher ANAPC11 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ANAPC11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and LSCC show a favorable association.

CCRCC, LUAD, and LSCC are the cancer types where ANAPC11 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
