Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ANAPC11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,042 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ANAPC11-associated genes across cancer lineages are TECTA, GLCCI1, and EVPL. Each is linked with ANAPC11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANAPC11-to-partner and partner-to-ANAPC11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ANAPC11 versus TECTA in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANAPC11→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANAPC11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
