Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANAPC11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,262 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ANAPC11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Aldehyde biosynthetic process, Respiratory burst after phagocytosis, and Regulation of transcription from RNA polymerase II promoter by glucose. Each is linked with ANAPC11 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANAPC11-to-partner and partner-to-ANAPC11 results are reported.
