ANAPC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ANAPC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 837 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ANAPC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZAN, TRIM64B, and OR2L8. Each is linked with ANAPC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ANAPC1-to-partner and partner-to-ANAPC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZAN grouped by ANAPC1-low versus ANAPC1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ANAPC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ANAPC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
