Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AMZ2P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated AMZ2P2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher AMZ2P2 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AMZ2P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and CHOL show a favorable association.

LUAD, UCS, and KIRC are the cancer types where AMZ2P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
