AMZ2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMZ2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,941 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMZ2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS7, EIF4A3, and ATP5PD. Each is linked with AMZ2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMZ2-to-partner and partner-to-AMZ2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMZ2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMZ2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
