AMZ2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMZ2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,839 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMZ2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COPA, ROR2, and RSU1. Each is linked with AMZ2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMZ2-to-partner and partner-to-AMZ2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMZ2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMZ2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
