AMZ1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMZ1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,957 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMZ1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO5A, RBM47, and VIM. Each is linked with AMZ1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMZ1-to-partner and partner-to-AMZ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AMZ1 versus MYO5A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMZ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMZ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
