AMZ1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMZ1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 438 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMZ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF1, C1QBPP1, and LINC02620. Each is linked with AMZ1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMZ1-to-partner and partner-to-AMZ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF1 grouped by AMZ1-low versus AMZ1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMZ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMZ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
