AMZ1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMZ1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMZ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, Chk2, and ER-alpha. Each is linked with AMZ1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMZ1-to-partner and partner-to-AMZ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by AMZ1-low versus AMZ1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMZ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMZ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
