AMY2B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMY2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,325 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMY2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHYKPL, LINC00893, and ZMAT1. Each is linked with AMY2B in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMY2B-to-partner and partner-to-AMY2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AMY2B versus PHYKPL in KIRC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMY2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMY2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
