AMY2B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMY2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,396 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMY2B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GLRX3, AGO1, and MECP2. Each is linked with AMY2B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMY2B-to-partner and partner-to-AMY2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AMY2B versus GLRX3 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMY2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMY2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
