Across TCGA cell cohorts, AMY2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,860 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMY2B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cilium-dependent cell motility, Cilium movement involved in cell motility, and Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility. Each is linked with AMY2B in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMY2B-to-partner and partner-to-AMY2B results are reported.
