AMPH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMPH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,791 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMPH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TIMP2, FKBP7, and TLN1. Each is linked with AMPH in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMPH-to-partner and partner-to-AMPH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AMPH versus TIMP2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.24.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMPH→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMPH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
