AMPH

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMPH protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,995 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMPH-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEIS3, SHISAL1, and FBN1. Each is linked with AMPH in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMPH-to-partner and partner-to-AMPH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AMPH versus MEIS3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMPH→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMPH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
