AMPD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMPD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,777 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMPD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CD14, ITGB2, and APBB1IP. Each is linked with AMPD3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMPD3-to-partner and partner-to-AMPD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AMPD3 versus CD14 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMPD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMPD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
