AMPD3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMPD3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 23,536 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMPD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH4, TLR8, and TNFSF13B. Each is linked with AMPD3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMPD3-to-partner and partner-to-AMPD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AMPD3 versus CYTH4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMPD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMPD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
