AMPD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AMPD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,460 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AMPD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAPLN, MYO19, and MRPL46. Each is linked with AMPD3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AMPD3-to-partner and partner-to-AMPD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PAPLN grouped by AMPD3-low versus AMPD3-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AMPD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→AMPD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
